Our policy
Because each app can be tried free for 7 days with all features, purchases are generally non-refundable.
If an app does not work on your Mac because of a technical problem we cannot fix, write to support@robiapps.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will consider a refund.
Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content you download right away, this right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal at checkout.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, for example if an app does not work as described.
How refunds work
Purchases are processed by FastSpring, our merchant of record. When a refund is granted, FastSpring returns the money to your original payment method and the license for that purchase ends.
