Who we are

robiapps apps are made by Robert Zdrojek Grafcomp, ul. Juliana Ursyna Niemcewicza 19A m. 5, 02-306 Warszawa, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 7711688336 (“we”). Contact: support@robiapps.com.

These terms apply to apps sold directly on robiapps.com: PlainAttach and aep QuickView generator. Apps from the Mac App Store are covered by Apple’s terms.

Who sells to you

Orders are processed by our online reseller FastSpring, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. FastSpring takes the payment, charges the applicable VAT or sales tax and sends your receipt and license key. FastSpring’s own terms of sale apply to the payment: https://fastspring.com/consumer-terms/.

Free trial

Each app works for 7 days without a license key, with all features. After the trial, enter a license key to keep using it. Please use the trial to check that the app works on your Mac and with your setup.

License

After purchase you get a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the app you bought on the Macs you own or control (PlainAttach: up to two Macs). The version you bought keeps working with your key. You may not share, resell or publish your license key, bypass the license check, or distribute modified copies of the app.

Updates are provided at our discretion. Major new versions may be offered as a paid upgrade.

Prices

Prices on robiapps.com are in US dollars and do not include VAT or sales tax, which FastSpring adds at checkout depending on your country. Your local currency and final price are shown before you pay.

Compatibility and liability

The apps rely on macOS and on apps by Apple and Adobe, which may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep our apps compatible but cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions. System requirements are listed on each app’s page.

The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Complaints: write to support@robiapps.com; we reply within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
